Have Faith: Your Emotions Should Not Drown You. Faith is the strong belief we have in someone or something. The big question is: What do I believe in, or whom do I believe in? Is it the creator of the universe or whom?.

Sometimes, it may feel like you’re drowning, but don’t let it get the best of you. Remember always that Faith brings Happiness to the soul.

Consider when, how often, and on which occasions or in the presence of which people you repeatedly lose sight of your good mood, your sovereignty, and composure. Because this does not happen without reason.

And you should know the reason instead of falling for it again and again. Without clarity about and awareness of your negative emotions, when and how they strike you, even the best ingredients for your emotional language won’t get you anywhere in the long run.

As long as there is the danger that you allow negative emotions, the fatal consequences of which can squander everything in a fraction of a second, it will do you no good to further optimize your personal performance through fine-tuning and you will shine in the presence of other people through your increased charisma, impact, and persuasiveness.

So what do I specifically recommend you do now? Quite simply, finally expose once and for all your unnecessary, personal obstacles to success. Go on a search, and discover the typical structures, moments, and processes of your negative emotions.

A high level of self-awareness leads to a better understanding of yourself, so you have more control over your own life and preferences. This makes it easier to choose the right profession and to set out to work with a lot of ambition.

With a high level of self-awareness and self-knowledge, you will be less afraid to leave your comfort zone to spearhead big projects or venture into unexplored territories. Whatever your goal, you will feel the power to achieve it, ultimately

You may think that there’s no way out from your grief or no light at the end of the tunnel of your depression, but you’re wrong. It really does get better, even if you can’t see that right now. Sometimes we just need to have faith.

It is unimaginably hard to stay positive when all you feel is constant negativity. It takes hard work, a lot of strength, and a real desire to keep your head above water. And even that isn’t always enough.

Grief is a process and there’s no telling how much time it will take for you to get through it. You have to keep fighting because somewhere in the back of your head you know that this is going to pass.

Handling grief and depression when it can be so unpredictable can seem impossible, but you have to remember that you can accomplish anything you put your mind to.
