All you need to Make Up your day in life is a Smile. Smile is the greatest gift in life. A smile is a language that can melt anyone’s heart. Pure happiness is found in nothing but in the innocent smile that comes from you.
“Because of your smile, you make life more beautiful.”– Thich Nhat Hanh
Even when I’m having a bad day, just a Smile cheers me up and makes me forget all my troubles and problems.
Smiling is universally considered to be a way we display joy. It can communicate our internal world to people on the outside, and it can be a welcoming sign to new people.
When we smile, our muscles can send feedback to our faces and help to boost our mood.
“Lighten up, just enjoy life, smile more, laugh more, and don’t get so worked up about things.”– Kenneth Branagh
It’s really amazing every time I see the magical result of a precious and priceless smile. I believe a smile brings joy to the discouraged, sunshine to the sad, and it is nature’s best antidote for trouble.
It feels like the heavens are calling for you when someone smiles at you. There’s nothing purer than a smile. The smile from you brings joy to the soul even if you are not happy at that moment. Yet it cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen, for it is something that is of value to everyone.
Smiling can elevate your mood. Next time you are feeling down, try putting on a smile. There’s a good chance your mood will change for the better. Smiling can trick the body into helping you elevate your mood because the physical act of smiling actually activates neural messaging in your brain.
A simple smile can trigger the release of neural communication boosting neuropeptides as well as mood-boosting neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin. Think of smiling like a natural anti-depressant.
A simple smile costs nothing but gives much, and it enriches those who receive it. It takes a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever.
I believe that there is nothing joyful than a precious and priceless smile that comes from you. If you often spend time smiling, you’ll also be familiar with that feeling of light warmth that fills your cheeks.
You too could start smiling more. Your hearts would be free, happy, and it just gives a sense of pride, as if you had a perfect day.
We often identify making a child happy by buying him/her something new or letting him/her win a game. But in the long run, are those the things that can make children smile from within? The answer is NO because the smile of a child is priceless.
Children love to play under the rain or in the snow and they always smile doing that. They rejoice in the most obscured situation and circumstance life could throw at them. Children act like they are the source of light. They rejoice even when the sky is falling.
You know what? Now, if you want to make children smile, learn to love Imperfection and Improvisation.
Try to observe children how they play and you will learn the greatest life lesson from them.
Claire King said: “Maman told me that every time you smile, a very tiny bit of the smile stays stuck to your face, so as you get older and older your face starts to show all the tiny bits of all your smiles and you look like you are smiling all the time, even when you are just thinking about what to have for breakfast. She said, also, that if you frown a lot then the frown sticks to your face instead. That way when you are old you have a very frowny face and look cross all the time and people are scared of you.”
My final word is that always remember that all people smile in the same language.
