Happiness is the only thing which depends on yourself. You can learn to keep yourself happy and motivated daily in life, by loving and accepting yourself, thinking realistically, engaging in positive activities, and working toward your personal goals.

Truly knowing who you are, where you want to be in the future, and what your purpose is, will keep you happy and motivated in your daily life.
A good way to be happy is to believe. This is not about believing in God or any religious believe. It’s about believing in yourself. Believe that you can achieve whatever you want.
And even if you fail, just tell yourself that “The real fun isn’t in achieving what you want. But the fun is in travelling the path that you require for achieving the goal”.
And if you fail after success, then the heaviness of being successful is replaced by the lightness of being a beginner again.
