Let your faith in the Father to be bigger than any fear. “Make your faith larger than your fears and your dreams bigger than your doubts.” – Robin Sharma.
2 Timothy 1:7 “God did not give me a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind.”
Regardless of what you’re up against, God is saying, “Do not be afraid.” “Be strong and courageous.” “Fear not.” “You can trust me.” Let your faith be bigger than your fear. You’re near to the success you seek in all areas of your life.
Hebrews 11:1 says, “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.”
Faith is a word with many meanings. For one, Hebrews put it perfectly. Faith is confidence in what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. We don’t pray with wavering thoughts, we pray for a certainty that God will heal our brokenness and fear.
James 1:6 says, “But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.”
We “must believe and not doubt.” This is where we have to take a leap of faith to strengthen the foundation we stand on.
Matthew 17:20 says, “You can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
Think of the mountains in your life.
If you ask God to move your mountains, watch the beauty of prayer unfold before your eyes. You’ll never truly experience the power of prayer until you pray with faith, through faith, and in faith.
Our vision, unlike God’s, is limited to what’s right before us and experiences behind us. To some degree, every day is different, we have no idea what the day will hold, if we will survive it, or if our loved ones will.
On our own, this is scary, but with faith and confidence in what we hope for and certain of what we do not see, we have the courage to step out each day successfully.
